Digital Withdrawal Function
Pursuant to Art. 54-bis of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 209/2025), you can exercise your right of withdrawal directly online through the dedicated digital function, available on the page:
The procedure consists of two steps:
- Fill in the form with your details and the products to be returned
- Confirm the request using the "Confirm Withdrawal" button
You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the date and time of receipt, which constitutes a valid receipt of your declaration of withdrawal.
The function is accessible without authentication, for the entire duration of the withdrawal period.

Prepare the package
Insert the delivery note received with the product. Check that all return conditions are met.
Ship within 14 days
Ship the package to our warehouse within 14 days from the order arrival date.
Receive your refund
After verification, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Conditions for the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is considered valid only if all the following conditions are met. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Unused items
Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged in any way.
Original seal and tag
They must retain the intact warranty seal and the original tag still attached.
Complete original packaging
They must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories included in the purchase.
Insured shipping recommended
Until arrival at our warehouse, shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend insured shipping.
Shipping responsibility. Ottica Lucciola is not responsible in any way for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
Products excluded from withdrawal
Some products, due to their personalized nature or for hygienic reasons, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Graduated products with ophthalmic lenses
Contact lenses spherical, toric, multifocal, neutral and graduated colored
Perishable products, such as lens fluids

Non-compliant return. You will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted due to non-compliance with the indicated conditions. In this case, you will have the option to have the products returned at your expense. In case of refusal of the shipment, we reserve the right to retain the products and the corresponding purchase amount.
Refund times. After receiving the return and verifying that all conditions are met, you will receive an acceptance confirmation email. The refund will be processed as soon as possible.
Disputes upon delivery. Once the courier document has been signed without any exceptions being raised, the customer cannot make any claims regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package. It is understood that the customer may raise claims even later, if these relate to the products themselves.
