In Italy, shipping is always free. For Europe and the Rest of the World, shipping is free above a certain spending threshold.

Free for orders over € 500.
Rest of the World

Free for orders over € 600.
Any customs duties for products purchased from countries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipments are made via DHL courier: the cost of a shipment to Europe may vary depending on the destination country.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 24 working hours of payment confirmation (excluding bank transfers, which require technical time for crediting).

You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and payment details.
Processing in 24h
We prepare and ship your order within 24 working hours of confirmation.
Out for delivery
You will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment in real time.
Processing hours
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday in the afternoon are processed within 24 working hours.
Orders placed from Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Tracking and addresses
All shipments are trackable. Once the goods have been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to view the delivery status directly on the courier's website.
Custom address
You can request that the shipment be made to an address different from your residence — a work address, another person's home, or specify a preferential time slot to simplify delivery.
Upon delivery
To ensure the integrity of the product and protect your purchase, upon delivery, the customer (or their delegate) is required to verify the following.
Verify the number of packages
Check that the number of packages delivered matches that indicated on the courier's delivery note.
Check the packaging
Ensure that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet, and not altered in any way.
Sign the document
Sign the delivery document provided by the courier to confirm receipt of the package.
ID document
If requested by the courier, show a valid identification document to collect the package.
Important. Any damage to the packaging and/or products, or discrepancy in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported in writing on the courier's delivery note.
